About this project
• Architected and deployed a production-grade Flutter application to AWS EC2, digitizing repair shop workflows with
secure JWT-based authentication and offline-first ticket synchronization.
• Implemented role-based access control across 3 user roles and SQLite cache synchronization with conflict
resolution for seamless offline-to-online ticket management.
• Integrated real-time bi-directional chat with WebSockets and Firebase FCM push notifications for workflow status
updates.
